Lead Magnetic Resonance and Non-ionising Radiation Physicist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Magnetic Resonance and Non-ionising Radiation Physicist to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced MRI and non-ionising radiation physics services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role
- Develop and implement new MRI and non-ionising radiation physics services to support clinical research and patient care.
- Liaise with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on MRI and non-ionising radiation physics to clinical staff and other professionals.
- Maintain and develop expertise in MRI and non-ionising radiation physics through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Good Honours degree in a relevant subject and a relevant MSc.
- PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
- State registered as a Clinical Scientist.
- Membership or Fellowship of a relevant professional body.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £96,340 to £109,849 per annum, inclusive of HCA. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time permanent position, based at Medical Physics & Clinical Engineering, Lambeth Wing, St Thomas' Hospital.
