An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and committed Registered Nurse to join our team at an exceptional care home in Inverness, Scotland.

This reputable care home provides high-quality 24-hour personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs
  • Coaching team members and role modelling best practice
  • Assisting in the running of the Home in the absence of the Home Manager

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. A high level of self-motivation and flexibility are also essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary up to £39,147.68 per annum, with hourly rates up to £17.11 per hour depending on experience. This package also includes excellent training opportunities, career progression prospects, and CPD-accredited courses.
