Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team within the Medical High Dependency Unit at Raigmore Hospital. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring level 2 care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current registration with the NMC
- Proven experience in a critical care environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

Working Hours
NHS Scotland is committed to reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024.
