About the Opportunity:

You'll analyze HR data to inform decision-making, foster strong relationships with our sites and offices, and develop systems to improve our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers on grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term sickness
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance management skills and confidence
- Regularly visit our sites and offices to conduct training and build relationships
- Contribute to the implementation of our People and Trust-wide strategies
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5+ qualified with hands-on HR advisory experience
- A natural problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for developing systems
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and HR databases
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
- Innovative and always seeking ways to improve our processes
- Naturally collaborative and curious
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel regularly (2-3 times per month) with overnight stays
