About the RoleThis full-time position involves working within our adoption team, managing a varied caseload that includes preparing and completing Prospective Adoption Reports (PARs), supporting children transitioning from fostering placements to adoption, and developing effective strategies to address the complex needs of children and families.
Responsibilities:- Complete Prospective Adoption Reports (PARs) that provide comprehensive assessments of children's needs and potential adoptive families.
- Develop and implement effective plans to support children transitioning from foster care to adoption.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in completing Prospective Adoption Reports (PARs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
