About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education, with a focus on child-led learning and development. Key Responsibilities:- To coach and mentor early years professionals in improving educational outcomes
- To develop and implement strategies for enhancing student engagement and motivation
- To collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our agency has almost 20 years of experience in educational recruitment, covering many schools across Bradford, Calderdale, and Kirklees. Our knowledgeable team includes three experienced teachers who are available for advice and support throughout your application process.
