Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our children's services staff teams as sessional support workers. As a support worker, you will provide high-quality support to children with learning disabilities, enabling them to participate in group-based activities and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to children with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist children in participating in group-based activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, and educational programs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
