Operations and Customer Liaison

We are currently recruiting for an Administration and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Quedgeley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to both external and internal customers.
You will be handling a high volume of phone calls, processing data in our CRM system, and ensuring accurate completion and filing of paperwork. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to external and internal customers
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and other channels
- Process and manage data in our CRM system and other relevant software
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and filed correctly
- Maintain customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their concerns and resolving any issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary and Benefits:
