Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Quinteducation. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for children from birth to five years old.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the needs of all children.
  • Monitor and track children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future planning.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements
  • Level 3 CACHE or NVQ in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children in an early years setting (preferably at least 6 months).
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Willingness to learn more about the needs of the children.
  • Safeguarding level 3.
  • Previous experience of working with young children ages 6 months to five years.
  • Be knowledgeable of child development.
  • Knowledge of child protection procedures.
