About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Womenswear Print and Graphic Designer to join our women's design team at Jaded London. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing graphics and prints for our womenswear garments from concept stage to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on current and future trends in print and graphics to drive newness and maintain our brand's unique handwriting.
  • Design commercially relevant prints and graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with our womenswear design team to ensure an efficient workflow of designs, prints, and sample production.
  • Draw inspiration from a wide range of sources, including social media, catwalks, and research trips, to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in designing for an aspirational brand.
  • Ability to work across various print categories, including sublimation, digital, screen, flock, and rhinestone placement.
  • Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of our target customer.
  • Fashion-forward thinking and directional trend print eye.
  • Excellent time management and resilience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Good personal handwriting and versatility in adapting to various styles.
  • Excellent eye for detail and color.
