In this role as a Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual's unique needs and preferences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one nursing care to individuals with high-acuity needs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Documenting and reporting any changes in client condition or care requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (e.g., BSc Nursing) and valid registration with the NMC
- Minimum 3 years' experience in paediatric intensive care, preferably in an acute hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
A competitive salary of £34,000 - £39,000 per annum, based on experience
£35 p/h nights, £30 p/h days
Generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlements
