Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Pediatric Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to complex cases in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the safe transition and mobilisation of complex packages from hospital to home.
  • The ongoing maintenance of services for existing clients, ensuring ongoing high standards of care and safety are constantly achieved.
  • Support with a mixture of day and night shifts.

As a Pediatric Healthcare Professional, you will work collaboratively with Complex Care Managers (CCMs), ICBs, other professional bodies, and key team members in the organisation. You will be responsible for developing the care plan and producing all clinical documents required for the set up of the package on our electronic system PASS.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in Intensive Care Units (ICU), spinal care units, or with complex care patients, demonstrating a high level of expertise in handling severe and multifaceted medical conditions.
  • Ability to provide specialised care and manage complex cases, including advanced procedures and multi-disciplinary interventions.
  • Fully qualified paediatric nurse with valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations.

We offer a competitive salary of £35-40 per hour, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, pension contributions, car allowance, and statutory maternity/paternity leave.
