Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Health and Social Care Practitioner to work with our Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team in Hillingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to make a positive impact on people's lives.
As a Health and Social Care Practitioner, you will work directly with clients, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges related to substance misuse. With a salary range of £25-£26 per hour, this role offers a great chance to develop your skills and expertise.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, including:
- Providing one-to-one support and guidance
- Developing personalized plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborating with the Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
- ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Valid UK driving license
- Experience working in health, social care, or criminal justice settings
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £25-£26 per hour
- Ongoing contracts until at least March 2025
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm working hours
