In this role as a Defence Aerospace Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality products to the sector. You will be responsible for planning and executing audits, assessing quality systems, and implementing Corrective and Preventative measures.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out audits and assessments, documenting findings and implementing actions
  • Support investigations into quality issues, including root cause analysis and solution implementation
  • Manage QA Compliance targets and ensure regular shop floor checks are performed
  • Coordinate external audits, assessments, and customer visits

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Quality/Business Improvement
  • Audit experience, both internal and external
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments and supply chains

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£41,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
