Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Reporting to the Divisional Director, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for analysing and maintaining pricing for all revenue streams, encompassing both sell-out and cost pricing. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the commercial tyre industry and the ability to work closely with the Head of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Strategic Development to ensure the protection and future of development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies to ensure profitability
  • Provide analysis and reporting on Key Account Customers
  • Manage budgets and financial performance
  • Lead commercial terms negotiations with key suppliers
  • Process manufacturer price movements and disseminate data
  • Lead, manage, and develop the skills and experience of the Commercial Analyst and stock/ordering analyst
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial tyre industry
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple demands
  • Aptitude and experience of using Microsoft office, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to spot trends and interrogate data
