About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for leading electronics projects and providing technical expertise to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in circuit design, components, and PCB technology.
  • Develop and implement robust electronics solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplined projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Accredited degree in a related discipline, such as electrical engineering or electronics.
  • Typically 6 years of relevant experience in electronics design and project management.
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards it.
  • Strong technical skills, including electrical/electronics design, analysis, and fault finding.
  • Proven experience in project management, including leadership, lifecycle awareness, and resource planning.
  • Specialized expertise in areas such as embedded software, EMC standards, motors/drives, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in tools and methods, including simulation tools, management tools, PCB design software, and resilience techniques.
