Senior Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in our six-year plan to grow the business by 150%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to target key accounts in the aerospace, defence, power generation, renewable, and oil & gas markets.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets.
What We Offer:
  • BASIC SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000
  • OTE: £70,000 - £80,000
  • Car Allowance
  • 25 Days Holiday plus stats.
