About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Special Education Needs (SEN) Team as an Education Health and Care (EHC) Plan Officer. This is a fixed-term contract for two years, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of quality services for children and families in Herefordshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing draft and final EHC Plans
  • Attending coproduction meetings with families
  • Providing advice and guidance to parents, children, and young people with SEN, schools, and other professionals
