Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting to the needs and abilities of individual students;
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential;
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, tracking achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of child development and learning principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
