As a Food Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Implement effective stock rotation procedures to ensure freshness.
  • Store food safely and handle deliveries efficiently.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures at all times.
  • Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our menu.
  • Ensure food products are available as required and maintain standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu and serve food accurately.
  • Address customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
