About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our Research and Nutrition Science team at Mondelēz International. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research projects that align with our company's strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research projects from hypothesis to results interpretation, write up, recommendations, and dissemination.
- Establish internal and external technical networks and interact independently with senior managers and stakeholders.
- Develop hypotheses and conceptual models that deliver technical applications and processes relevant across multiple snack categories.
- Interpret data, findings, and results, and define subsequent steps while demonstrating sound scientific know-how and capability to link findings to business objectives.
Requirements
- PhD in human physiology, human nutrition, or a related field, or a master's degree in nutrition with professional experience in research.
- Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of the science related to the effect of ingredients on health.
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with suppliers, academics, and internal subject matter experts to deliver technical solutions.
