Senior Research Scientist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Senior Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research projects that will help us deliver our strategy. You will plan and execute projects and/or work tracks from hypothesis to experiments and through to results interpretation, write up, recommendations and dissemination.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate complex technical problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style and content accordingly
- Handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines
- Apply technical curiosity and scientific understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions, make recommendations and influence decision making
- Work well with suppliers, academics and internal SMEs to deliver technical solutions
About the Team
You will be part of a project team that conducts long-term research projects. You will establish internal and external technical networks and interact independently with senior managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a PhD in human physiology, or human nutrition, or master degree in nutrition and professional experience in research. You will also need to be able to work well in a team and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
