PRS LTD: Data Centre Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are recruiting a Data Centre Operations Manager to join our Data Centre Solutions team based in London. The post holder will be responsible for the effective inspection, operation, and maintenance of all associated assets within the Data Centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Critical Facilities/Data Centre infrastructure and be able to operate all M&E systems competently, effectively, and efficiently. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring that all Specialist Sub Contractors conduct works in line with approved Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Reviewing and preparing MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and risk assessments.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of safe systems of work and ensuring compliance with QHSE policies.
  • Supervising the completion of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre operations and experience working in a similar role.

Key Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in a relevant field or associated Electrical/Mechanical Apprenticeship.
  • Experience in Data Centre or Critical Environment operations and/or experience as a supervisor in an FM role.
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, diligence, and alertness, with a willingness to participate in training schemes.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
