Job Description
Data Centre Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical equipment within the data centre operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience with UPS, backup generator systems, and generic mechanical-room infrastructure. Key responsibilities include management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors, as well as overseeing operation and management of routine and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear, generators, and power distribution equipment. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Management and leadership of DCEO Engineering Team
  2. Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance
  3. Responsible for the on-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors

Requirements
  1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
