About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Neonatal Qualified In Speciality Nurse to join our Neonatal Community team. As a Community Neonatal Nurse, you will use your specialist knowledge and experience to promote the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants from hospital to community services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, develop, and implement care plans in conjunction with family/carers.
  • Use your specialist knowledge and experience to promote the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and promote care for all our babies and their families.

Requirements

  • RN with current registration.
  • Neonatal qualification.
  • Current Driving Licence.
