We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Neonatal Qualified In Speciality Nurse to join our Neonatal Community team. As a Community Neonatal Nurse, you will use your specialist knowledge and experience to promote the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants from hospital to community services.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, develop, and implement care plans in conjunction with family/carers.
- Use your specialist knowledge and experience to promote the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and promote care for all our babies and their families.
Requirements
- RN with current registration.
- Neonatal qualification.
- Current Driving Licence.
