Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of neonatal care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff on neonatal care and related topics.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) or RN Child/Adult Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Experience in Neonatal or Paediatric nursing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
