Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention and expansion revenue
- Conduct regular customer reviews to showcase product value and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with our R&D team to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development
- Maintain awareness of and compliance with information security protocols
- Recent experience in a customer success role
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills
- Ability to understand and positively impact the customer experience
