About FX eTrading Engineering

Our FX eTrading Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the technology systems that support our foreign exchange trading business.

We are a team of experienced engineers and technologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business.

We work closely with our business partners to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that are tailored to their needs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our FX eTrading Engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring a high-quality team of engineers, working with teams across FX eTrading to define and implement solutions that benefit the business, and driving the design and development of system architecture.

The role involves budget responsibility, managing/developing multiple teams of professionals, and preparing and presenting regular team/project reviews to senior management and business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of FX eTrading technology, a strong systems knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

They will be able to develop a team that is seen as the engineering role model for the organization and have a proven track record of building new systems, replacing legacy systems, and renovating existing systems.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
