About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Pub & Grill team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the business development manager and management team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead by example, embodying the Greene King values and brand standards, and ensure that all team members are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer and team safety, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of pub operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • Business acumen, with a keen eye for P&L control and the ability to drive sales growth.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer and team safety.
  • Previous success at General Manager level, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
