Residential Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Manager to join our team in Oadby. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer care and service
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate and timely listings
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • IT literate with experience of MS Office and email systems
