Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our team at The New Homes Group. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer care and customer service
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively and sold to the right buyers
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the management team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations
