About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Host at our Land Rover Hay on Wye dealership.
As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers and visitors receive a warm and courteous welcome, promoting professionalism and the family-run feel of the Sinclair Group.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining a presence at the reception desk, answering calls and directing them to appropriate departments, and managing the customer experience while they are visiting the business.
Additionally, you will be required to liaise closely with sales and aftersales departments to ensure customers are being attended to promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Computer skills essential
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential
