About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Host at our Land Rover Hay on Wye dealership.
As a Casual Showroom Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring all customers and visitors receive a warm and courteous welcome, promoting professionalism and the family-run feel of the Sinclair Group.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a presence at the reception desk at all times
- Answer all calls swiftly and courteously and direct them to appropriate departments
- Ensure the reception area and showroom are maintained throughout the day
- Manage the customer experience while they are visiting the business, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Liaise closely with sales and aftersales departments, ensuring customers are being attended to promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Computer skills essential
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organizational skills
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers by exceeding expectations
- Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential
