We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Host. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers and visitors.

About the Role:

As a Casual Showroom Host, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our dealership. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a presence at the reception desk at all times
  • Answering calls swiftly and courteously and directing them to appropriate departments
  • Ensuring the reception area and showroom are maintained throughout the day
  • Managing the customer experience, providing exceptional service and ensuring customers receive a positive impression of our dealership
  • Liaising closely with sales and aftersales departments to ensure customers are being attended to promptly

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • Experienced in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and able to use their own initiative
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organized and able to maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers
  • Flexible and able to cover holidays/absence as required
