Production Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of healthcare products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
  2. Design, troubleshoot, and optimize production machinery and equipment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and production goals.
  6. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical role.
  3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
  8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
