Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Falkirk area. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional care and companionship to clients in their own homes, maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. This will involve assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping, ensuring a high level of comfort and cleanliness for clients.

You will also provide emotional support and help maintain clients' mobility, enabling them to live independently and with confidence. In addition, you will assist with other tasks as required, such as light housekeeping and laundry.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs and circumstances.
  • A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
