Job Title: Management Couple

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Management Couple to oversee and elevate the operations of our stunning self-catering villa. This role requires a dynamic partnership to handle both guest services and property management, ensuring a top-notch experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:Her Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Create a welcoming environment and ensure high guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Address guest concerns and handle special requests and arrangements with a proactive approach.
  • Supervise and manage villa staff, including creating schedules and monitoring performance to optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct site inspections and host agents to ensure villa standards are met.
  • Manage administrative duties, including financial data and inventory, to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
His Responsibilities:
  • Host guests and ensure their needs are met, providing exceptional hospitality.
  • Maintain and upkeep gardens and property, ensuring a pristine environment.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as required, ensuring the villa remains in excellent condition.
  • Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property management, maintaining a seamless operation.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:For Both:
  • Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in the industry.
  • Ability to work as a team, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach to achieve goals.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences, driving customer satisfaction.
Her:
  • Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments, showcasing expertise in villa operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience with Evivo Booking platform a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Experience in financial management, marketing, and social media, driving business growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
Him:
  • Valid Driver's License, ensuring safe transportation and mobility.
  • Experience in villa maintenance and property upkeep, showcasing expertise in maintaining a pristine environment.
  • Ability to operate independently and handle various tasks, demonstrating self-sufficiency and adaptability.
