Job Title: Villa Operations Manager Couple

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Management Couple to oversee and elevate the operations of our stunning self-catering villa. This role requires a dynamic partnership to handle both guest services and property management, ensuring a top-notch experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
  • Property Management: Supervise and manage villa staff, including creating schedules and monitoring performance, oversee financial transactions, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Site Inspections and Hosting: Conduct site inspections and host agents, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to work as a team, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments, with experience in villa operations, including front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, experience with Evivo Booking platform is a plus, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
  • Her: Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
  • Him: Valid Driver's License, experience in villa maintenance and property upkeep.
