Job Title: Management Couple

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Couple to join our team at Bright Placements. As a key member of our villa operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our stunning self-catering villa.

Key Responsibilities:

Her Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Create a welcoming environment and maintain high guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Address guest concerns and handle special requests and arrangements with a proactive approach.
  • Supervise and manage villa staff, including creating schedules and monitoring performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct site inspections and host agents to ensure villa maintenance and upkeep meet our high standards.
  • Manage administrative duties, including financial data and inventory, to maintain organization and efficiency.
  • Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.

His Responsibilities:

  • Host guests and ensure their needs are met with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Maintain and upkeep gardens and property to maintain our villa's high standards.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as required to ensure the villa remains in excellent condition.
  • Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting our high standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property management to maintain organization and efficiency.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:

For Both:

  • Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in hospitality management.
  • Ability to work as a team, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach to achieve our goals.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Her:

  • Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in villa operations, including front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience with Evivo Booking platform a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in financial management, marketing, and social media.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure, with a strong commitment to delivering results.

Him:

  • Valid Driver's License, with experience in villa maintenance and property upkeep.
  • Ability to operate independently and handle various tasks, with a strong focus on delivering results.
