Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional market access strategies to achieve optimal positioning of Galderma's dermatology portfolio within local commissioning guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with local NHS, ICS commissioning personnel, and payor stakeholders to ensure timely inclusion of Galderma medicines onto formularies and clinical guidelines.
  • Analyze regional policy and payer environments, identifying key access barriers and opportunities for growth.

The Regional Access Manager will work closely with commercial teams to achieve success and ensure a deep understanding of the regional policy and payer environment. A strong focus on relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and market access expertise is essential for this role.
