Job Opportunity at Neilson Financial Services

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our UK team at Neilson Financial Services, a leading provider of innovative life insurance products. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for our life insurance products, meeting and exceeding individual and company targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
  • Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre
  • A competitive starting salary of £27,500 to £30,000 with the ability to increase with tenure to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000
  • Exceptional training and development opportunities
