About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our UK team at Neilson Financial Services. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products, meeting and exceeding individual and company targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
  • Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work in a fast-paced call centre environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £27,500 to £30,000 with the ability to increase with tenure to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000
