We are seeking an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse or Social Worker to join our Adult Primary Care Service in West Bromwich.

Job Overview:
  • Triage and assessment of adult clients requiring mental health support
Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver CBT interventions to individuals, promoting improved mental wellbeing

Requirements:
  • A car driver with access to a vehicle for travel between client locations
  • Competence in delivering CBT interventions, with a strong understanding of mental health principles

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. They will also possess a non-judgmental approach, remaining calm under pressure when dealing with complex situations.
