Psychiatric Nursing Professional - Adults Aged 18-25

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nursing Professional to deliver high-quality care to adults aged 18-25 in our Birmingham facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Delivery: Provide person-centered care that meets the diverse needs of our service users, encompassing a range of clinical skills and emotional support.
  • Nursing Practice Development: Participate in the development and implementation of new services and care pathways that align with our Group Nursing Strategy, driving continuous improvement in care delivery.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in adult mental health nursing.
Requirements:
  • A current Active NMC pin and registration as an RNLD RMN, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Relevant clinical experience, showcasing expertise in adult mental health nursing.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus enhancements for working nights.
