Key Responsibilities
  • Build customer relationships through dedicated customer accounts.
  • Promote TE Connectivity's product portfolio & new technologies to the customer.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert them into won business through negotiation and quotation provision.
  • Facilitate complex engineering projects.
  • Coordinate responses for logistics and quality-related issues.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the aerospace and defense industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple organization functions (internal and external).
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of the aerospace and defense sectors.
  • A proven track record in business development, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
