About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our young people in their daily lives.

Our Residential Support Workers provide emotional support and help with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school. You will also have the opportunity to take our young people on fun outings, such as theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos.

While the role can be challenging at times, our Residential Support Workers tell us that the strong relationships and lasting memories they create with our young people make it all worthwhile. You will have the opportunity to see our young people overcome difficulties and progress, which is a truly rewarding experience.
