We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, and encourage them to integrate with the local community.
- Safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm.
- Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home when the children are not present.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience working with children ages 6-18 with Learning difficulties / Complex needs / Autism etc.
