About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also be responsible for accompanying our young people to school, activities, and appointments, and for helping them to develop their daily living skills.

We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and able to build strong relationships with our young people. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
