Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in driving member retention through proactive communication and engagement with members.
- Utilize our CRM system to contact leads and prospects, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Act as Duty Manager for the centre, supporting the wider team and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, setting a high standard for the team and ensuring every member has an outstanding experience.
