We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Site Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our site in Rosyth. This is a temporary, full-time role for 3 weeks, with a competitive pay rate depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the site reception, including answering calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Organize and book on-site and off-site meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for site staff, suppliers, and clients
- Coordinate site inductions for new staff
- Perform basic finance duties, including timesheet collation and processing
